Scandic Rubinen Gothenburg Hotel is a fashionable hotel located on the main avenue in the heart of Gothenburg. In the middle of the bustling city, the hotel offers a calm and peaceful stay.

Facilities include two restaurants, a cocktail bar, 191 rooms and three meeting rooms. The new Latino Nuevo Restaurant - "Ruby Bar" offers a selection of delicate dishes inspired from the Caribien and Mediterranian kitchens. During the summer months it is very popular to enjoy a drink on the outdoor veranda. The hotel has three meeting rooms with a capacity of maximum 60 delegates. In the Atrium, refreshing drinks and buffets are served.

"Great location"
My wife and I stayed at the Rubinen ealier this year. Hotel is in a great location, just off the main shopping areas and near lots of places to eat. Rooms are pretty standard, decent sizes with all the necessary and standard facilities. Breakfast was really pretty good and staff were helpful and attentive. For a short break, difficult to beat for the price.
