"magic hotel" we really enjoyed our stay at hotel 11. it used to be an old ship builders yard which had now been redeveloped but has retained some features of the original building and has a maritime feel. you can get a bus to it but its lovely getting the wee water bus along the river, which only takes about 10 minutes and stops right outside the hotel. the rooms are all lovely, typical modern scandwegian design and if you can book one with a balcony you'll get one of the bigger rooms. breakfast was fantastic - we'd never had freshly squeezed strawberry juice before or caviar on toast for breakfast. look at the website for special offers.
